Lobster Fest

This morning I am sitting here quite red from too much sun yesterday, but worth it nonetheless. The time in the sun and wind at the river's edge was well spent in meditation and reflection in preparation for an unpleasant work situation which needs resolving. Suffice it to say that it's great to have the right kind of support in your work life...especially when feeling the effects of someone else's undealt with issues,*sigh*. Anyway, it has been a physically and emotionally intense week as well as one which has afforded the opportunity to see better where I've been, where I am, and where I'm going. What a blessing.
