vervain13 | A Late Night Question...

It is now 12:27 a.m. and I have tried for the umpteenth time, to no avail, to locate others on here who express other than a merely passing interest in crop circles. Mind you, I realize that this is not exactly everyone's favorite or even terribly interesting subject, but I have a genuine desire to learn what others think of this fascinating phenomenon. Yes, I have done some research and have yet to arrive at any distinctive conclusions. The film, "Signs," about to be released in theaters, may shed a small bit of light on this controversial topic, but frankly the "us versus them" scenario is really worn out by now. If there really was an ancient alien race far advanced beyond us who were out to get us, it would have already happened long ago and this post would not even be possible. In view of what I have learned so far, it would appear that these circles (the genuine ones that is, not the hoaxes) are some form of communication. Of particular import are the very precise mathematical expressions contained in these formations. Math being a universal language, it would appear that someone/thing is attempting to get our attention for some reason.

Okay. Enough of my late night ramblings after some really good wine, delicious home cooked pasta, and icecream. What do YOU think?
