I am officially embarking on a search for a new and much better job elsewhere. Without going into details my current job has been on a downward spiral for some time and it is SO time to leave. The last time I felt this way about a job a really cool saying formed in my mind: "Better it is to take my chances on the open sea than to stay safely tied to the pier and rot."
