To those of you who seem to think we have cut off all communication with Don's father, know this: the lines of communication are STILL open. Don told him that we would accept written communication regarding this matter. Phone calls and emails will go unanswered and any packages sent will be returned as long as this goes unresolved. His father knows exactly what to do, but instead calls Don's sister. The man is clearly avoiding his responsibility as a mature adult...let alone as a father who should stand up for his oldest son in the face of bigotry. And his sister, who just doesn't get it being a pretty white xtian girl, accuses Don of being selfish since he is standing up for what is right. Ohhhhhhhh...we get it. Of course it's selfish to stand up to discrimination! Silly us! We should just be the good liittle faggots and go hide ourselves like the hellbound deviants we are. Heaven knows how many straight men were converted to our sick and perverted lifestyle as a result of seeing us dancing together. I say again...BULLSHIT! Such thinking is every bit as ludicrous as the idea that allowing people of color and white people to sit together or drink from the same water fountain will somehow wreak havoc on society and cause widespread chaos.

Know this also: WE WILL NOT ACQUIESCE TO BIGOTRY IN ANY FORM...EVER. To do so is to invite continued discrimination. As I stated in a reply to someone else's comment: Rosa Parks didn't "cooperate" and the world is a better place for it today.
